| VG-830 presents users with the various capabilities often sought in an all in one type of video test equipment. The fact that this unit supports 4-channels of Digital Parallel, 4-channels of LVDS and 1-channel of DVI, makes it an essntial tool to have. Additionally this video generator offers traditional interface outputs such as VBS and S-Video for applications dealing with NTSC, PAL and SECAM. ldeally, this video generator is highly recommended for use in an R&D or Production environment. Because it is so flexible and adaptable, we can assure you that even six or seven generations down the road this unit will still a very useful purpose. - Wideband Clock Range: The output is between 5 to 300MHz at QXGA resolution ideal for testing the next generation FPD systems.
- Configurable Output Slots For Optional Interface Boards: User may choose from any type of configuration of Digital Parallel, LVDS, DVI, VBS, and S-Video as the optional interface configurations. User must specify what type of output to be installed before unit is actually shipped from the factory.
- Flexible Test Record Control via LAN: Using the LAN interface, users can save the test record. In addition to normal contests, operator key step, checking the current position of unit by linking the IP address.
- Ethernet is Adopted for External Interface: An Ethernet port is provided as an essential tool for performing batch check applications where multiple lines or systems require immediate attention in the production process. This feature alone is a highly useable festure because it saves time and it ensures sfficiency.
- Various types of testing and pattern which PC base unit does not support: All timing data can be edited in a 1-dot/ 1-Line Step. Essentially this type of editing adds even more value to normal FPD panel test patterns like lchimatsu, Color and Cursor patterns ideal for defective pixel checking applications. Other useful patterns like a 24bit true color bitmap image with scroll and flckering for testing react speed check can be programmed for even greater flexibility.
- Split screen display function(1/2,1/4 mode) and programmable data mapping mode: Per the options described above, if you utilize the capability of the 2 or 4-cannel LVDS board, you can output a special timing that will then split the display area of a panel to eumlate a 1/2 or 1/4 mode, which is suitable for very high resolutions. The LVDS data mapping can be edited per your application requirements plus there are other essential features that make this editing process a flexible aspect for any given test display device.
